Once your package is transferred to the carrier, delivery issues (such as delays, missed delivery attempts, or carrier scanning errors) must be addressed with the carrier. If you need help, email us at contact@finandferninterior.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Lost or stolen packages: If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first. If you need support, email us and we will do our best to help.

7) Returns & Exchanges

All purchases are subject to our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Please review it before ordering. Items marked Final Sale (if applicable) are not eligible for return or exchange.

8) Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
